A screen with phone dial-in instructions will appear. Dial in using 888-278-0254 (put phone on mute to decrease background noise)
So far, it seems like these are the only two Smart Phones that are supported.
To get CME credit, fill out the attached Noon Conference Faculty Sign-In Sheet - initial your name, putting in title, date and name of speaker), and fax it to 370-5779.
